Initially, I was w/ St. Farm for a couple of yrs. I had been offered a better rate thru another insurance company one day & decided to take it, just trying to save a little money w/ how hard it is to live on a fixed budget nowadays. Well, long story short, my rate w/ other company ended up actually being HIGHER & I switched back to St. Farm w/in 2 mos. Lane helped me when I switched back & made the process so easy & simple when I called in. I should have stayed w/ them to begin w/! Definitely a good lesson learned.
